Haven’t posted for way too long! Been running all over the place… from work to classes to random gatherings that is a necessity.
I’ll be posting up photos from my Montreal trip with The Paper Whale group once my exams are over! I’ve actually never been, even though its only 6 hours away from Toronto. I loved how different it turned out to be there, with all the little boutiques, cafes and bakeries scattered all over the city.
Anyways, I’ve also been taking frequent trips to the library picking up baking books that I’ve put on hold. Feels so awesome to just kick back on a chair after all the chaos in the day and drool over all of these delicacies. 
I’ll also be testing out a few that I’ve bookmarked once exams are all over! How exciting! The process shall be documented just for you.

- Mango Cheesecake
- Gluten-free desserts (TBA) – for my dad
- Marzipan sculpting
- Dark Chocolate cake – for GP
